Motivation vs Mind and Body
Body: I hurt
Motivation: You will live
Mind: You did 60 extra minutes yesterday, you can skip the gym today.
Motivation: If I do 70 extra minutes today, that's more than 2 extra hours of results.
Body: You said 1 more set 2 sets ago
Motivation: You said quit 4 sets ago, obviously this isn't happening.
Body: I'm sore and it's cold outside.
Motivation: No problem! Sweatpants and stretching can fix that right up. Besides, the faster you run the warmer you get.
Mind: When I look in the mirror I see someone ugly and fat.
Motivation: Well, either quit looking in the mirror, or do something about it.
